Research Area Specialist Sr/ Intermediate

About the position The Research Area Specialist will join a dynamic research team reputed company the Department of Internal Medicine, focusing on innovative health services research aimed at improving reputed company to treatments for reputed company use disorders and chronic pain. This full-time position offers flexibility in work arrangements, including the possibility of remote work, while also requiring some in-person responsibilities for project coordination. The role involves supporting grant preparation, conducting research reputed company, and managing core activities funded under various health services research programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and reputed company research reputed company
• Schedule, attend, and take notes at research team meetings
• Assign tasks to team members and supervise individual and project reputed company
• Formulate research reputed company, suggest reputed company for improving reputed company, identify potential problems, recommend/implement solutions
• Carry out project grant development and maintain administration: funding acquisition, reputed company preparation, budget management, data use agreement applications
• Handle IRB-required activities for funded reputed company: prepare reputed company subject applications, amendments, annual reviews/reputed company reports
• Initiation and management of Data Use Agreements
• Coordinate reputed company research studies: recruitment; consent; participant retention; coordinating/participating in primary data collection reputed company in-person and virtual interviews/reputed company reputed company and distribution/collection of surveys
• reputed company participants and maintain accurate and detailed study records

• Assist and reputed company systematic reviews and evidence syntheses of medical literature on specific topics to inform manuscript and grant development
• Prepare policy briefs and reputed company statements of key research for lay audiences and the press

• Author/co-author publications
• Hiring and training of exempt and non-exempt research and support personnel

Requirements

• Senior Level: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or a reputed company field (e.g. reputed company Sciences) with at least 5 years of experience in an reputed company research environment or reputed company managerial role is required
• Intermediate Level: Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or a reputed company field (e.g. reputed company Sciences) with at least 4 years of experience in an reputed company research environment
• Knowledge of health services research principles and reputed company
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Superb interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written forms to scientific and non-scientific audiences
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks reputed company deadlines
• Proficiency in the PC environment and with programs including reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint
