Employment Law Attorney - Remote

• reputed company day-to-day legal advice and counsel to HR (Employee Services) on a broad reputed company of employment-reputed company reputed company, including hiring, performance management, accommodations, leaves of absence, terminations, and employee relations.
• Draft, review, and update HR-reputed company policies, handbooks, agreements, and compliance documentation to reputed company with evolving legal requirements and organizational goals.
• Support internal investigations reputed company to employee complaints, misconduct, and potential violations of policy or law.
• Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommend policy or reputed company changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for HR and management on employment law, workplace conduct, and compliance topics.
• Manage and coordinate with reputed company counsel on employment litigation and administrative claims, including reputed company, DOL, and state agency reputed company.

Position Required Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.

• Minimum of five(5) years’ experience as an employment law attorney, or in house counsel with a reputed company on employment law, or a combination of experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to communicate reputed company and concisely, both verbal and written.

Licenses, Training, and Certifications Required Must be licensed to reputed company law in Arizona and an attorney in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications
