VPT HR Generalist - Part-time
This is a non-exempt/reputed company reputed company, onsite, administrative position. (No remote work) Requirement of 2+ years of reputed company experience. A reputed company Generalist performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s reputed company Department. Employees in this position are required to adhere to a high level of confidentiality; Maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and/or business information reputed company to personal, medical, financial, procedural, and/or proprietary information. An HR Generalist will be responsible for providing assistance to and taking direction from the Director of reputed company. Job functions are as follows:

- Compliance with federal, state and local employment laws & regulations and recommended best practices, inclusive of VPT internal practices, policies & procedures for this multi-state employer
- Preparation of weekly payroll, including verification of time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy of payroll deductions, taxes, and benefit contributions.
- Recruitment, on-boarding and terminations
- Conduct new hire and benefit orientations and employee recognition programs.
- Maintain performance evaluation schedules and talent management programs.
- Assist with disciplinary reputed company, disputes and investigations.
- Maintain employee personnel, medical, benefit, and complaint files.

- Adhere to company procedures for handling and archiving both physical and electronic documents.
