Position Our Project Coordinator will build relationships and drive the partnerships that ensure our customers have reputed company to the best possible technology and services. This role will be responsible for accurate processing of reputed company and new customer orders. What You Will Do

• Verify the accuracy of customer order requests and order placement into Customer Relations Management system (VPS)
• Maintain records of out-reputed company orders, field service installations/coordination, and requisitioning of additional materials, supplies, and equipment
• Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and reputed company incomplete orders back to sales group for reputed company information
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations
• Assist in the management of the shipment report to ensure reputed company delivery and management of provisioning queue
• Monitor inventory records to determine availability of requested materials, supplies and equipment while maintaining reputed company communication with reputed company clients
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
• Assist monthly with customer billing data
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role.
• Maintain relationships with multiple fixed line carriers

Who You Are and What You Bring

• Bachelors’ Degree in Telecommunications, Computer or equivalent field
• 2-5 years’ experience in sales or customer service. Financial Services experience a plus.
• Proven ability and experience in handling customers and reputed company.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior reputed company customer service for reputed company clients
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize
• Team player with solid organizational skills
