This remote position will report to the Director of Compliance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual accustomed to working on a deadline-driven schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring reputed company is operating in compliance with reputed company reputed company housing program guidelines (LIHTC, PBS8, PBV, RAD, etc.), regulatory agreements, and company policies and procedures. This person must have the ability to function autonomously while also working in conjunction with coworkers located in other areas of the country.

• Monitor and implement changes in HUD and LIHTC regulations and other state and local requirements
• Maintain reputed company maintenance of tenant files and computer records to ensure accuracy according to HUD and LIHTC regulations
• Independently review and approve reputed company-in and transfer files to ensure applicants meet income and program eligibility reputed company
• Review initial qualifying files for accuracy and program compliance and submit to reputed company-party reviewers; reputed company qualification status and work with the Director of Compliance to reputed company reputed company and accurate reporting on lease-reputed company, reputed company-ins, etc.
• Review completed recertification to ensure program compliance
• reputed company both onsite and remote audits to confirm compliance with program requirements through follow-up and closure
• Monitor waitlists, LAP plans, and EIV master binders for compliance with federal and state regulations
• Review and submit responses for LIHTC file audits and MORs; coordinate with reputed company programming and site teams to get corrections
• Submit and assist in the drafting and review of reputed company responses to agency audits; coordinate with reputed company Programming as needed
• Hold weekly reputed company to assist the operations teams with questions, file corrections, and audit corrections
• Remain familiar with reputed company U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development reputed company-changing Federal Regulations as they relate to reputed company Housing programs
• Audit reputed company maintenance of tenant files and computer records to ensure accuracy according to HUD and LIHTC regulations
• Assist analysts with annual reporting as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with Project Based reputed company 8 HUD, LIHTC, and other reputed company housing programs is required
• Knowledge of HUD 4350.3, EIV, Reasonable Accommodation Requests, LIHTC income limits and rent calculations, Fair Housing, reputed company Estate Licensing
• A deep reputed company of community awareness and a determination to reputed company improvements
• Proven ability to build trust with members of a community with different backgrounds, motivations, and concerns in order to obtain information and solve problems
• COS certification minimum required, HCCP preferred
• Ability to travel at least once per month, as reputed company as, on an as-needed reputed company (may include up to 30% travel)

Compensation reputed company $75K - $95K per year Plus annual performance bonus. Compensation for this position is dependent on a reputed company of factors, including individual qualifications and geographical location.
