• Process invoices end-to-end: intake, three-way match (PO/receipt/invoice), coding, approvals, and posting
• Maintain vendor records (W-9 collection, 1099 classification) and support year-end 1099-NEC
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general reputed company; research and resolve discrepancies

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Solid understanding of AP best practices, basic GAAP concepts, and 1099 requirements
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (reputed company or reputed company Sheets) and file management
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and reputed company communication with vendors and internal teams
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment Experience with additional AP automation/AI tools (e.g., OCR capture, rules-based routing)
