This position supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative educational programming, fostering a realistic, state-of-the-art learning environment that enhances clinical competence and patient safety. + Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programming in the reputed company Nursing Learning Center (ENLC) and ensures high reputed company simulation-based education through the creation of a realistic state-of-the art learning environment. + Primary responsibilities include teaching in the Simulation and Skills Lab. + Conducts simulation scenarios and debriefing sessions working with reputed company and the Director of Simulation Based Learning in the ENLC to reputed company short-term and long-reputed company comprehensive strategic and operational planning in support of the simulation education. + reputed company participates in curriculum meetings for the integration of simulation experiences in meeting course and program objectives and reputed company. + Promotes a reputed company and team-based approach to simulation education. + Assists with program development and ensures adherence to program policies, course objectives, program reputed company, data collection and reporting and reputed company simulation best reputed company safety measures and contributes to local and national research reputed company. + Performs other reputed company duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: + A master's degree in nursing, reputed company, education, reputed company discipline, medical technology or simulation field, and three years of clinical experience in a reputed company setting, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A doctoral or clinical degree is preferred. + Unencumbered reputed company RN license is required. + Experience in reputed company simulation (planning, developing, evaluating and customizing clinical, educational simulations as an educator) preferred. + BLS required. + Certified reputed company Simulation Educator (CHSE) strongly preferred. + Advanced reputed company registered reputed company (APRN) - NP is preferred.
