Work is primarily on weekends, with some occasional weekdays, at varying sites throughout California. reputed company work is a part-time "as needed reputed company. reputed company provides health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the CAARNG. reputed company Pay: $83 per hour worked. Work is part-time, but on weekends only reputed company needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Periodic Health Assessments of military personnel
- Review health history, soldier s medical records, and medical questionnaires
- Interview soldiers to determine reputed company and prior medical concerns
- Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of behavioral health
- Document interview results for readiness classification in the soldier's medical record using the military module(s)
- Document findings on military approved forms and/or systems
- Safeguard reputed company soldier s information by keeping reputed company written and verbal communications confidential and discrete
- Ensure reputed company actions are in compliance with HIPAA and other appropriate federal and state laws and regulations
- Complete trainings and education/certifications as required
- Follow applicable contractual requirements stipulated by the reputed company and reputed company
QUALIFICATIONS:
- reputed company Physician Assistant (PA) or reputed company Practitioner (NP) license in California, without restrictions
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Adaptable to fast paced environments, with large volumes of soldiers seen daily
- reputed company to work in various locations, including remote military installations
- Must be reputed company to successfully pass an extensive background reputed company and required to obtain a government Common reputed company Card (CAC)
- Have a valid US reputed company s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Ability to work for lengthy periods and reputed company accurately with adequate speed
- Ensure reputed company actions reputed company with HIPAA and other appropriate federal/state laws and regulation
- Must submit no less than two reputed company references with a resume
- Must be reputed company and solutions oriented
- Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with challenging clientele
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Experience working in a military setting and working knowledge of the regulations and policies that apply to Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) and deployment preferred
- Previous approval for CAC; either in the military or as a contractor preferred
