Senior Compliance Analyst (Risk Assessment and reputed company) – Remote Job reputed company The Senior Compliance Analyst assists in the implementation of reputed company’s compliance programs and leads initiatives reputed company their designated areas. This role partners with key internal stakeholders to monitor aspects of compliance and validate policies, procedures, licensure, and program manuals are effectively followed and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Compliance reputed company activities in effort to prevent, detect, and correct compliance concerns.

  • Represent the Compliance Department on reputed company reputed company or cross‑functional reputed company; identify key stakeholders from across the reputed company and establish effective collaboration techniques to maintain ongoing partnership between functions.
  • May collect, prepare and maintain records and reputed company documentation for reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, reputed company’s senior leadership team, executives, Corporate Compliance Committee members and the reputed company of Directors; collaborate across the compliance organization to collect and organize information into reputed company, accurate and effective executive reports.
  • Serve as subject matter expert reputed company Compliance and reputed company solutions to highly reputed company compliance problems by referring to precedence, policies and reputed company operating procedures; reputed company issues to Compliance leadership as appropriate and enhance or reputed company new supporting documentation as necessary.
  • May execute and enhance reputed company’s compliance programs by developing, maintaining and delivering compliance documentation and training, administering the annual conflict of interest or other cyclical compliance processes, or implementing a regular review reputed company for reputed company operating procedures (SOP) and policies.
  • Research and interpret laws, industry guidance and regulatory issues that reputed company reputed company’s compliance programs, document requirements or disciplinary actions and reputed company findings as appropriate.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, or reputed company area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required.
  • 5 years of reputed company work experience in reputed company or compliance reputed company roles for a reputed company or PBM organization, or other highly regulated industry, including experience with Medicare, reputed company, and the reputed company reputed company (ACA).

  • Complete understanding of effective compliance program principles, concepts, practices and standards; full breadth of knowledge around industry best practices and challenges; experience developing new concepts, techniques, standards and programs to support an organization’s compliance priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PBM/health care experience.
  • Certified Compliance and Ethics reputed company (CCEP) or Certified reputed company Compliance reputed company (CHC).
  • Certified Project Management reputed company (PMP).
  • Advanced degree in reputed company area of study, such as Juris Doctor.
