Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives

Position Purpose: Responsible for leading and overseeing the development, implementation, and management of strategic reputed company and initiatives for the Provider Experience organization. Collaborates with senior management and stakeholders in executing business strategies that reputed company with the organization's goals. Education/ Experience: Bachelor's Degree reputed company Administration, Business, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience required Master's Degree reputed company Administration, Business, or a reputed company field preferred 7+ years Experience in strategic planning with a large reputed company insurance organization or national provider group required 3+ years Management experience leading teams in value-based performance reporting, analysis, and/or reputed company preferred 3+ years Experience with provider technology such as EMR, reputed company or CRMs required Proven expertise in building and implementing value-based performance strategies required In-depth knowledge of value-based contracting, reputed company, and/or process and performance improvement methodologies required Pay reputed company: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per year reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, reputed company time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
