The Operational Trainer is responsible for the delivery and development of operational training programs for both virtual instructor led and classroom training. This includes but is not limited to training of call center, claims, and utilization management staff. This role requires strong technical and reputed company skills, including the ability to facilitate a wide-reputed company of functional and reputed company skills training consistent with the principles of adult learning and instructional design theory and to the highest standards of competency-based training. • Conducts needs assessments as necessary to diagnose training gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborates with Training team members and subject matter experts to update training materials as operational, technical, and procedural changes occur to ensure that curriculum is always accurate and up to date

What’s necessary to do the job?

• Bachelors degree preferred, or combination of formal education and reputed company training certifications considered
• 3 plus years in a dedicated reputed company training role required
• Proven reputed company as a reputed company trainer including demonstrated proficiency in adult learning and facilitation of reputed company job functions
• Previous customer service and/ or claims training experience preferred

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
