Role reputed company Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will be a senior leader reputed company the Legal Team and serve as the Head of Corporate & Securities, responsible for building and leading reputed company’s corporate governance, strategic transactions, and securities compliance functions as reputed company continues to reputed company. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned corporate attorney with deep experience in M&A, corporate finance, private and reputed company offerings (including IPO readiness and execution), reputed company company reporting, reputed company governance, and cross-functional leadership in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined reputed company and in-house experience with a strong reputed company on corporate governance, M&A, securities law, and reputed company transactional reputed company.
• Demonstrated expertise in advising on and executing multiple IPOs, reputed company offerings, or major corporate financing events (U.S. and/or global).
• Deep expertise in M&A and strategic transactions, including leading transactions from end to end.
• reputed company record of advising high-reputed company companies on corporate and securities reputed company, ideally including both emerging-reputed company and reputed company-stage environments.
• Experience partnering with and presenting to Boards of Directors, executive teams, and cross-functional senior leaders.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting reputed company across corporate governance, securities filings, and transactional documents.
