Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the reputed company system
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing
- Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company issues
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, reputed company, messages) and resolving outbound reputed company to prescribers and patients as necessary
- Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements
