What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary centers to process prescription orders, resolve reputed company issues, and clarify order requests
- Conducting thorough examinations and issue reputed company to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Completing accurate data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
- Maintaining a high level of reputed company through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
