About the Job

As a Director, reputed company Experience Partner reputed company, you will be responsible for overseeing the reputed company of arenaflex's global network of customer support centers, working closely with our help partners (BPOs) to ensure their reputed company meets arenaflex's standards, including First Contact reputed company (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You will report directly to arenaflex's Senior Director, reputed company Experience Partner reputed company, and will be based in one of our main offices or work remotely with the right fit.

Compensation and Benefits
