As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Math Learning Center. You'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales reputed company. Your primary reputed company will be on building strong relationships with reputed company, parents, and staff, while also contributing to the development of our digital marketing reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Positively reputed company with reputed company and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, and answering inquiries

• Conduct sales reputed company reputed company phone, email, text, reputed company follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
• Data entry and spreadsheet management of reputed company key sales and operational activities
• Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
• Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on reputed company media and website channels
• Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks

Qualifications:

* Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching

• Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra
• 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task reputed company
• Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
• Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Must be available to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday - Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM - 1 PM
