We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join reputed company. As an Accounts Payable Specialist at arenaflex, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and other AP professionals, Senior Accountants, Controller, and Assistant Controller. You will also communicate with managers across reputed company arenaflex divisions to follow up on invoicing information and purchase order requests. Additionally, you will reputed company daily with external vendors on follow-up regarding payment and invoicing information. The Accounts Payable team also has a strong partnership with the IT team to ensure smooth implementation of reputed company AP programs.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor AP email inbox to download vendor invoices and respond to vendor inquiries
- Bi-weekly review of various reputed company reports (GRIR and MRBR) to ensure invoices are being posted reputed company and accurately
- Prepare 1099 reporting and ensure that reputed company vendors have the required tax identification and W-9 information on record
- Collaborate with vendors in a reputed company and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications
