The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat. Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $53,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Our compensation package reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering process online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize software tools to address reputed company inquiries
- Work with reputed company shipping contractors to resolve international concerns
Requirements
* High school graduation or its equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
- Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders

- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
- Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
