About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the right-hand person to our senior leaders, providing administrative support, coordinating reputed company schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of key reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Manage reputed company schedules, meeting invites, and conference room operations for senior leaders

• Coordinate global and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring smooth execution and reputed company arrivals
• Handle cost reports, expense tracking, and budget management with precision and attention to detail

We're Looking for Someone Who:

* Has 2+ years of senior-level administrative support experience or 1+ years of experience at arenaflex

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent
• Is proficient in reputed company Office applications and has experience with leader-level scheduling software
• Has a proven reputed company record of managing reputed company schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports
