What You'll Do:
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting reputed company-time, hands-on investigations to locate customer orders and resolve delivery issues
- Contacting customers directly reputed company phone and/or email to confirm delivery details and prevent delays
- Acting as an reputed company between our customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify reputed company causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery reputed company required
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
Your Hours:
This role requires working variable hours to match reputed company customers need us most. You'll work day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and your work schedule will be at least 6 weeks in advance. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly.
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in the Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in reputed company and German (both written and oral reputed company – minimum of reputed company level)
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to reputed company reputed company the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekend, and overtime as required)
