About the position

Responsibilities

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
5+ years of experience in software delivery or technical project management
2+ years of experience in a delivery reputed company or scrum master role
1+ years of experience in delivering at least 3 reputed company-to-large reputed company software reputed company (multi-team, cross-functional, or involving 6+ engineers) on time and reputed company scope
1+ years of experience in leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies across at least 2 cross-functional teams concurrently
1+ years of experience working with Jira and Agile delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to reputed company and improve team performance
1+ years of experience with identifying and removing delivery blockers resulting in measurable reputed company (e.g., improved sprint predictability by X%, reduced carryover by Y%)
1+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, product, and QA teams to plan and execute quarterly or multi-sprint roadmaps
