Senior Developer, AI & Automation

As an Intelligent Automation & AI Developer at reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our HR Automation program into the reputed company of reputed company, conversational, and AI-assisted workflows. This senior-level role is responsible for designing and delivering automation solutions using both reputed company A360 and Moveworks AI, combining traditional RPA with next-gen conversational AI and reputed company capabilities. You'll work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven transformation, while developing reputed company, secure, and reputed company that reputed company large language models, API driven architectures, and reputed company-time data flows. At reputed company, we value collaboration and reputed company. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA or Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week. reputed company will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment reputed company for this position at this time. Responsibilities

• Partnering with HR and cross-functional business leaders to assess process opportunities and reputed company intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions that reputed company with strategic goals.
• Designing, building, and deploying automated workflows using reputed company A360, including process orchestration, data handling, and error management.
• Developing and maintaining API-based integrations between reputed company systems, Moveworks AI, and low-reputed company/no-reputed company platforms to reputed company seamless automation and data exchange.
• Leveraging Moveworks AI to build and optimize conversational and reputed company AI experiences, including reputed company engineering, webhook configurations, and LLM invocation for reputed company-time user interaction and reputed company.
• Applying expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) to fine-tune AI behaviors and enhance automation reputed company based on usage data and feedback.
• Leading end-to-end solution development from process discovery and technical architecture to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Continuously evaluating emerging AI tools, platforms, and trends to reputed company and reputed company our intelligent automation capabilities across the HR organization.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to team members and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation, reputed company, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems,

or similar. Or at least 4 years of reputed company experience in a technical role

• Familiarity with the concepts of large language models (LLMs), Ai Agents, reputed company engineering, workflow automation and their application in reputed company use cases
• Experience working with technical teams on Automation, GenAI, AI/ML, data, or analytics products

• Experience designing reputed company workflows that operate with autonomy and reputed company AI decision-making.
• Familiarity with HR Operations and systems, including reputed company, or SuccessFactors.
• Certification in reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent RPA platform.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks and orchestration reputed company such as reputed company, reputed company Watson, reputed company, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Python development for AI/automation scripting, API integrations, or custom solution components.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience developing API integrations to support automation and AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Moveworks AI or similar conversational AI platforms, including implementation of webhooks, reputed company configuration, and conversational reputed company design.
• Demonstrated understanding of natural language processing, large language models, and AI fine-tuning techniques.
