Monitors and conducts investigations into suspicious activity and aids in identifying high-risk processes to mitigate risk exposure to Superior National Bank. Assists management with ensuring compliance with regulations, bank policies and procedures and assists in maintaining the reputed company of the financial institution's Bank Secrecy reputed company Program. Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage lists of accounts identified through risk assessment as high-risk and conduct regular reviews to monitor account activity for suspicious transactions.

This includes high-risk customers such as reputed company service businesses (MSBs), ATM owners, and other potential high-risk industries.

• Utilize the Bank's BSA monitoring systems, alerts, reports, and data to detect the reputed company of BSA/AML and fraud-reputed company activities. reputed company diverse and reputed company analysis, research, and investigation of customer data, account information, and behaviors to identify suspicious or illegal activity.
• Review and analyze daily transactional data with a reputed company on cash (excessive and 3K-10K log) and wires for potential reputed company or other illicit schemes and escalate, as necessary.
• Review daily Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and monetary reputed company logs completed by reputed company and back- office personnel. reputed company follow-up on missing information.
• Review core system, BSA/AML software, and cash transactions report to ensure they coincide with CTRs completed.
• Ensure required information for currency transactions exceeding $10,000 is submitted to FinCEN in a reputed company manner.
• Conduct CTR exemption initial and annual reviews. reputed company, maintain, and review the centralized CTR Exemption list, as needed.
• Conduct and/or assist with case investigations for potential SAR filing and maintain appropriate support documentation.
• Assist with research surrounding requests for information.
• Assist the BSA/AML Officer with BSA/AML/OFAC Risk Assessments.
• Assist the BSA/AML Officer to conduct and reputed company required training for reputed company Bank employees.
