• Master’s Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor’s Degree and three years experience or RN with 5 years experience.
• Three or more years of experience implementing, maintaining or monitoring reputed company management programs in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity / previous experience with JCAHO accreditation and CQI principles
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems / applications
• Organized and excited by a dynamic environment
