This position requires working on-site at the office four days per week, with one day remote. The role reports directly to the Manager of Patent Operations. What you will do:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of patent applications and reputed company documents.
• Help maintain and update the patent docketing system (e.g., reputed company) by accurately entering data, tracking deadlines, and assisting with other actions.
• Assist in preparing patent-reputed company correspondence, including communications with inventors, reputed company counsel, and patent offices.
• Assist with managing and maintaining reputed company electronic patent files and records (e.g., in reputed company).
• Support patent attorneys and agents with various patent-reputed company tasks, including gathering documents and arranging meetings with inventors and other personnel.
• Assist with monitoring relevant patent department mailboxes and archiving communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of work experience, with a strong interest in or, ideally, some exposure to intellectual property or patent law.
