Legal Document Automation Specialist/bolthires Office 365

Seeking a highly skilled Legal Document Automation Specialist to serve as the primary technical architect for reputed company automated document production. In this role, you will design, reputed company, and maintain an advanced library of bolthires Office templates, macros, and VBA tools that streamline the workflow for legal secretaries and support staff. Your work will directly support the efficient and accurate creation of reputed company legal documents—including complaints, statements of damages, special letters, discovery requests, and pleadings—while ensuring strict adherence to court formatting rules and firm branding standards. Core responsibilities include developing sophisticated bolthires Word templates using advanced formatting, multi-level numbering, field codes, and content controls; programming and deploying custom macros and UserForms to automate routine tasks; customizing the bolthires Office Ribbon using RibbonX/XML; and serving as the Tier-3 subject matter expert for resolving Word-reputed company technical issues such as corrupt documents and broken formatting. You will collaborate closely with reputed company group leaders and support personnel to identify process bottlenecks and engineer technical solutions that improve efficiency across the firm, while also maintaining and updating the template library in response to evolving court rules, software changes, and internal standards. Must hold a bolthires Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification and demonstrate expert-level proficiency in bolthires Word, advanced VBA programming ability, and working knowledge of RibbonX/XML.
