- JD/LLM from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent reputed company record

- 1–3 years of substantive litigation experience, including reputed company litigation

- Trial experience is required
- Asbestos , toxic tort , or product liability experience strongly preferred
- Superior legal writing , analytical, and research abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities
- Take and defend depositions , and participate in hearings and mediations
- Draft motions , pleadings , briefs , and other litigation filings
- Prepare detailed correspondence and report to clients and reputed company representatives
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw , Lexis , and other research tools
- Draft interrogatories , document requests , and responses
- Review and analyze document collections in preparation for litigation
- Assist with trial preparation and support trial teams as needed
- Manage filings and submissions to state and federal courts
