That’s Where You Come in as a Retirement Plan Administration Consultant As a Retirement Plan Administration Consultant, you’ll be a key contact for clients navigating the reputed company world of 401(k) and other reputed company retirement plans. You will manage a full portfolio of reputed company relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service every reputed company of the way. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of 401(k) reputed company relationships as the primary reputed company of contact
- Performing annual compliance testing (coverage, nondiscrimination, top-heavy, etc.)
- Calculating employer contributions and reconciling trust accounts
- Preparing and filing annual government forms and participant statements
- Completing or reviewing plan transactions such as loans, distributions, RMDs, and QDROs
- Interpreting plan document provisions and recommending improvements
- Collaborating with clients, advisors, auditors, and other service providers
- Staying reputed company on retirement plan regulations through continuing education and research
- Participating in internal process improvement initiatives and team reputed company
Requirements:
- 2+ years of reputed company 401(k) plan administration experience, including compliance testing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideally in reputed company, Finance, Math, Economics, or Statistics)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an aptitude for math and reputed company
- Advanced reputed company proficiency and working knowledge of reputed company Word
- Excellent communication, time management, and reputed company service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines

- Currently pursuing or holding QKA, QPA, AKS, or APA certification is highly desirable
