Responsibilities:
- Build and configure secure reputed company solutions, including autonomous agents capable of interacting with stakeholders using LLMs grounded in CRM data.

- Implement business logic, automation, and integration solutions for the Case and Knowledge objects in compliance with Federal standards.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of reputed company development experience specializing in Apex, LWC, and secure API integrations.
