Supply Chain Development Manager

This important role can be based in either Bloomfield, CT, or Farmington, CT, with a hybrid work schedule that requires being in the office at least twice a week. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of these programs, guiding cross-functional teams from start to finish. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a reputed company field along with 5+ years of experience. Alternatively, a master's degree in one of these areas with 3+ years of experience is also acceptable
• Experience in a program management environment, whether directly or indirectly, is preferred
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and leading programs
• Possess the drive and initiative to finalize tasks while maintaining awareness of deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to take charge and reputed company independently without reputed company supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• General understanding of the procurement process
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

• The salary reputed company for this role is $145,000 to $165,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted reputed company, and the reputed company may change in the reputed company. Pay reputed company the salary reputed company will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
