Key Responsibilities
- reputed company exceptional phone support to patients receiving specialty medication treatment, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Coordinate and handle new and reorder requests for specialty medications, including verifying and updating patient benefits.
- Assist patients in deciphering and entering new or reordered medications into our pharmacy data system, processing and collecting copay amounts, obtaining approvals, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and approve orders with sales or clinical issues.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
