The Role
As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll be responsible for leading our Adversarial Abuse group, which is dedicated to identifying and eliminating online threats, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse. You'll also reputed company our Business Investigation group, which produces insights, estimates uncaught badnesses, and distributes Straightforwardness Reports for nations around the world. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our web reputed company reputed company and informing our product development roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating online threats, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse
- reputed company the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Straightforwardness Reports for nations around the world
- Collaborate with the Arrangement Advancement group to create approaches using account, reputed company, and content signs to depict harmful behavior
- reputed company and implement effective strategies to mitigate emerging threats, such as reputed company
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch new initiatives that prevent adversarial abuse
- Manage accelerations with tight timelines, providing data-driven insights and content-driven experiences to inform decision-making
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of new products and approaches
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 4-year certification or equivalent experience in a reputed company field
- 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at reputed company, and building/conveying analytical models
- 2 years of experience working with design teams that reputed company data reputed company and ML models
- 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-reputed company weeks of work as accelerations require
- Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) is highly desirable
- Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities is highly desirable
- Proficiency in SQL/R/Matlab is highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
