Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
• Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing voids
• Maintaining accurate records, including patient and medication data
• Utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and medication data and process prescriptions
• Assisting pharmacists in the dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and pouring prescription medications
• Reporting any medication errors to the pharmacist and adhering to organization policies and procedures
• Handling calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
• Processing reputed company cases for external program prescription services in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Performing other administrative tasks, as assigned by the Pharmacy Director

• Assist and support the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
• Maintain knowledge of organization resource reputed company reputed company, and record claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products)

• Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment

Essential Capabilities:

* Must be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Must be willing to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours

Preferred Capabilities:

* Favor a half-year of experience in a retail environment

• Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex
• Prefer to have good numerical skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Prefer to have good computer skills
• Prefer to have knowledge of store stock control
• Prefer to have PTCB certification
