As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, ensuring seamless execution of software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals

• Answer reputed company care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to workstation reputed company (global installs/renovations) as a project team member

• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-reputed company issues

• Should have firsthand experience supporting workstations in a reputed company/TCPIP environment
• Favored Capabilities:

+ A+ accreditation + MCSE/MCP or more + Past IT reputed company experience in Aircraft/Airport climate

• Abilities, Licenses, and Certificates:
