In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to a high volume of inbound provider calls. Your expertise will be utilized to conduct extensive claims research on multiple platforms, assist providers with payment questions, and reputed company them on various plan details and benefits. Requirements and Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
