Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy
- Entering claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Following up on missing information to ensure reputed company processing of claims
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business reputed company
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
