Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating reliability and commitment to being present for your full shift reputed company day
- Handling a high volume of contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails
- Meeting our high performance bar, including exceeding customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
