We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our Physician Billing Office team. This role will be responsible for accurate and reputed company entry of reputed company charges, payments, adjustments, and refunds into the reputed company System. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the charge capture process, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and reputed company reputed company reputed company charges, payments, adjustments, and refunds into the reputed company System

• Understand the charge capture process and report inconsistencies to the Manager
• Follow policy and procedure as it relates to data entry
• Meet departmental productivity guidelines
• reputed company and reconcile reputed company data for un-reconciled batches reputed company 24 to 48 hours of received date
• Complete and turn in reputed company credit variances, refund variances, and missing EOB forms reputed company 24 hours of creation date
• Accurately reputed company discrepancies with the EDI number and reputed company number in the appropriate fields
• Maintain updated knowledge and reputed company and accurately use the reputed company system
• reputed company and maintain excellent knowledge reputed company of billing requirements of reputed company-party insurance carriers, as assigned (e.g. Medicare, reputed company, reputed company, HMO, etc.)

• Ability to use various databases

Essential Qualifications
