What You'll Do:
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our reputed company, a reputed company power company. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service support, while also offering additional products and services on every eligible call. This may include:
- Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service
- Offering customers reputed company to purchase programs for reputed company protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs
- Providing upselling and cross-selling opportunities to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a reputed company and courteous manner

Work Environment:
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated office reputed company that meets our requirements. You'll be working a set schedule, with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Some overtime may be mandatory during storm outages that reputed company our reputed company's customers.
