Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems in a reputed company and courteous manner

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
- Outbound dialing and collections experience is highly preferred, with the ability to handle rejection
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred, but not required
- Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales experience is also preferred
- Availability to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Friday, reputed company to 11pm EST, with potential occasional half days on Saturdays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
