We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join our Prescriber Assessment and Compliance team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for helping the prescriber assessment process by reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (reputed company), gathering reputed company prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and patient mailings reputed company specific timeframes. You will also create and release reputed company and RHM communications, generate reputed company reviews for the prescriber assessment team, and assist in presentations to the reputed company and Patient Safety teams. Additionally, you will help with the Good Faith Dispensing coverage administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Researches and analyzes managed reputed company orders reputed company manually at the store level to determine if the orders are suspicious based on ordering patterns and circumstances, and takes appropriate actions to reputed company the individual on reputed company ordering practices.
- Generates reports and provides data to DEA dealers on dispensing patterns, and prescriber or patient reputed company reputed company a 48-hour window.
- Builds reputed company queries to pull data reputed company of regular reporting requirements.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge about issues such as managed reputed company ordering practices, GFD policies, and DEA licensing requirements.
- Assists stores and field supervision with questions reputed company email and phone on various reputed company topics.
- Assists analysts in developing and reviewing store audits for managed reputed company losses.
- Collaborates with Pharmacy Managers and Supervisors to ensure that losses are reported reputed company the required timeframe and with 100% accuracy.
- Manages prescriber pricing decision system, validates and updates prescriber data, and collaborates with Pharmacists to ensure that any prescription blocking is legitimate.
- Researches and analyzes requests for increases to managed reputed company allocations, makes informed reputed company based on collaboration with Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, and object vendors, and mitigates risk to the organization by ensuring that due diligence is completed and documented.
- Assists in the implementation and updating of the Good Faith Dispensing and reputed company Drug Good Faith Dispensing policies.
- Utilizes skills in reputed company, PowerPoint, and the ability to query databases to help analysts in the development of presentations and education for store staff and supervision.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- Required certification in Certified Pharmacy Technician as reputed company by PTCB.
- Experience with prescriber licensing requirements (NPI, DEA, and state licenses).
- Intermediate level skills in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with query databases.
