As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and customers. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, to handle a high volume of calls and reputed company solutions to customer inquiries. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your specific duties will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
- Supporting intake and reputed company emergency road service calls to truckers
- Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
- Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to resolve their issues
- Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
- Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
- Transferring calls to other departments or call centers as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and courteous manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to reputed company fast, fix problems, and be reputed company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Work from home experience preferred
- History of great attendance
