Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our reputed company, a reputed company power company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service support and resolving customer complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Offering additional products and services to customers on every eligible call, with a reputed company on upselling and cross-selling
• Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service

Requirements:
