What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: reputed company with beneficiaries and providers reputed company the helpline, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills: You must be courteous, patient, and customer-oriented, with the ability to maintain composure under potentially stressful situations.
• Good Grammar, Punctuation, and Written Communications Skills: You must have strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

We're looking for candidates with:
