Purpose

We are looking to recruit and train BTEC practitioners for the below role;

- BTEC Standards Verifier (SV) _._

To undertake sampling of assessment and internal verification reputed company for reputed company from a reputed company of programmes reputed company a reputed company Subject Area (PSA) in order to confirm that national standards have been achieved and upheld across centres.

Responsibilities

• Undertake sampling of learner work reputed company defined parameters and rules to establish that assessment reputed company and internal verification processes meet national standards.
• reputed company sampling-reputed company support and development to centres.
• Produce reports for centres and reputed company on: the sampling undertaken, reputed company reached and support provided.
• Apply appropriate sanctions where it is deemed that flawed assessment or internal verification reputed company or processes mean that national standards are not met.
• Produce targeted actions for centres to assist with remedial reputed company where national standards are not being upheld.
• Support centres to understand and implement identified actions.
• Report back to reputed company and centres following SV activity as per service-level agreements.

Experience/qualifications needed

• Experience of delivering and assessing Vocational qualifications (Eg, BTEC QCF, BTEC NQF, Higher Nationals, Work Based Learning etc).
• A commitment to reputed company assurance.
• Good working knowledge of the specifications for the subject area you will specialise in.
• You will hold a minimum of one year's full time teaching experience of the relevant subject and level, reputed company the last 8 years.

Training

You will be required to complete an Online Standardisation exercise and then if successful, you will be required to attend face to face sector specific training for the RQF sector(s) you have been appointed for.

Additional information

Most SVs normally carry out sampling from home, however for our Childcare, Art & Design and Dental Technology qualifications centre reputed company will be required.

Please note that to be considered for the role of Standards Verifier for the Dental Technology QCF programme, you need to be registered with the General Dental Council.
