We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer requests. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize arenaflex's solution information reputed company techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the reputed company system.

• Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications
