As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving reputed company issues, and working collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Process service requests, working with insurance carriers and documenting transactions on reputed company portal

• Participate in regular coaching sessions with Operations Manager to enhance your skills and performance

• Work reputed company between reputed company-8pm EST, Monday to Friday, with the reputed company to work 10-7 PM EST or 11-8 PM EST (late shift comes with increased shift reputed company)

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience, with a demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a reputed company field

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to self-manage, demonstrate personable accountability, and effectively collaborate in reputed company environment
• Insurance knowledge is a plus, but not required
