Responsibilities
As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist (Typist), your key responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Diligently update and maintain accurate records in our core reputed company Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences.
- Audits and Discrepancies: Conduct thorough audits to ensure the reputed company of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Benefits Enrollment: reputed company process employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections.
- Employee Queries: Address employee queries with reputed company and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring reputed company documentation of reputed company interactions.
- Compliance: Work in compliance with reputed company relevant policies, as reputed company as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data reputed company.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including HR Operations and the Benefits department, to ensure a seamless experience for reputed company stakeholders.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience with reputed company HR and/or benefits data entry.

- Technical Skills: Prior experience with PeopleSoft highly regarded.
