As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer requests. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the reputed company system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company reputed company orders for processing.
• Investigate to reputed company missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry issues reputed company to exceptions.
• Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
