Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Data Entry reputed company (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling high-volume customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and reputed company responses to patient and reputed company reputed company queries
• Performing data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our electronic health record system, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Investigating and resolving patient medication requests, including deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and entering top-off orders for processing
• Settling special cases, including inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual patient requirements
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction
• Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient information and medication data
• Participating in ongoing training and reputed company development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
• Basic web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing online forms
• Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute (WPM), typing by memory, and organizing files

• Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing documents
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
